Nettle is a source of chlorophyll in whole herb form. It is extensively used as a folk medicine. Nettle herb is harvested from the wild, gently dried and ground to a usable form.

Directions:Adults: Take five capsules three times per day with water at mealtimes. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

Medicinal Ingredients (per capsule):

• Nettle (aerial parts) (Urtica dioica) … 435mg

Other Ingredients:Gelatin (capsule).

Warning:Consult a health care practitioner if you have heart and / or kidney diseases. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are taking medications for diabetes or blood thinners, or if you have hypotension / hypertension. Discontinue if you experience nausea, headache, dizziness or gastrointestinal discomfort.
